AYSO Area A Spring Select is a separate, competitive season for teams comprised of players selected by a particular coach to participate in an inter-Area league. There is a requirement that a player have played during the regular season. The Spring Select season runs from January through a season-ending tournament in March.

Age brackets for Spring play will include both boys and girls Under 10, U12, and U14. 
Division age requirements are the same as the previous Fall Season. The Spring Select program is a coach driven program. Generally the team consists of a majority of the fall team and the coach recruits players to replace the players not interested in continuing. Coaches wishing to participate in Spring Select need to inform the Spring Select Coordinator and Coaches Administrator. Rosters will be turned in at the COACHES MANATORY MEETING Location TBA December 15, 2009. Players may be recruited the last three weeks of the season.  A player interest sign up list will be placed at the information center about mid season to collect players names that are interested in playing. Coaches will use the list to recruit players. Signing up does not guarantee the player will be recruited.
